Introduction to UMH
Ummah Mental Health (UMH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to reducing the impact of suicide and addiction by increasing access to culturally competent, spiritually aligned, and evidence-informed mental health care. We achieve this by connecting individuals with licensed mental health professionals, providing peer support training, and fostering collaboration with national organizations to scale impact and improve mental health outcomes.
